Exhausted and of begging-to-mercy eyes are glued to the monitor throughout the day. Browse the Internet, search for the latest updates on favorite gadgets, competing in the games online, creation of source codes, making reports; they are among the many things we do for fun, passion and life, rarely noting the terrible effects on our health and our personality.
When you learn to love the machine, it is impossible to stop once you get addicted to it, unless you are motivated to do step to always rely on it. A concrete example is the set of the computer.
