Type 2 diabetes-treatment of newly diagnosed cases of diabetes

Conclusion: therefore researchers decided intensive intervention begins shortly after the diagnosis could improve blood sugar control in type-2 diabetics.

A study will not change their habitual caring for newly diagnosed diabetics, and insurance companies will not begin to pay for care that is based on this study ... so newly diagnosed diabetics should take the slack.
